Ingredients
1/4 c. plain fat-free yogurt
2 Tbs crumbled feta cheese
1/4 tsp salt
Dash of pepper
1 small garlic clove, crushed
1-1/2 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cucmber, quartered lengthwise & sliced crosswise (about 1-1/2 c.)
Combine first 5 ingredients. Add tomato & cucumber; toss gently. Serve immediately.
