Raspberry Smoothies

Recipe from: Quick & Easy Diabetic Recipes

Ingredients
1-1/2 C - fresh or frozen raspberries
1-1/2 C - frozen reduced-calorie whipped topping, thawed
1 (8oz) carton - low fat lemon yogurt

Combine all ingredients in blender. Add ice cubes to reach 4-cup level. Process until smooth & serve immediately.
