Wash apples
Peel, core, and slice apples
Put 6 cups of apples in ziplock bag with 1 c. sugar, 2 t. cinnamon, 2 T. all-purpose flour, 1/2 t. allspice
Zip the bag shut and shake coating apples.
Label bags & Freeze
